Lage, Lage, Lage

Wunderschönes Mobilhome direkt am superschönen Strand. Selten so eine schöne Lage gehabt. Die frischen Brötchen jeden Morgen waren ein super Service. Wir hatten nicht mitbekommen, dass das Home keinen Fernseher hatte. Der Ausblick hat dafür entschädigt. Gerne wieder.

Aufenthalt super, An- und Abreise schwierig mit Kindern

Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter genossen. Anreise: hier muss erwähnt werden, dass man nicht mit dem Auto direkt zur Unterkunft fahren kann. Eigentlich soll man wohl auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz (~500m entfernt, Treppen) parken, dann wird man inklusive Gepäck abgeholt. Da bei unserer Anreise der Gepäckservice wohl nicht verfügbar war, durften wir (wohl ausnahmsweise) direkt bis zur Unterkunft über den menschenleeren Strandzugang fahren. Aufenthalt: die Lage ist wirklich super! Die Häuser sind ausreichend groß (mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Säugling eng, aber okay), mit dem Notwendigen ausgestattet, zur Not gibt es auch eine kleine Heizung. Keine Spülmaschine. Brötchenservice, bereits gefüllter Kühlschrank, Abendessen auf Bestellung war wirklich super und lecker! Die Gastgeber waren allesamt freundlich (Ausnahme: siehe unten). Abreise: am Abreisetag regnete es durchgehend. Ich sprach den Gastgeber an, wie es mit der Abreise läuft und ob wir zur Unterkunft fahren können. Ich bekam eine eher unfreundlich formulierte Antwort, dass das ja auf jeden Fall streng verboten sei und der Gastgeber verantwortlich sei! Das mag so sein, das weiß ich als Gast aber nicht, ist so nirgends in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Auf der Internetseite der Unterkunft/des Restaurants steht nur, wie toll man ja parken kann... In diesem Gespräch gefallene Formulierungen wie „I own this f*king place“ möchte ich einfach nicht hören, dies werte ich einfach mal als Ausrutscher. Letztlich mussten wir alle unsere Sachen (mit Hilfe des Gastgebers) im Regen in den offenen, 2-sitzigen Pick-up laden, so wurde ich zum Parkplatz gebracht. Die An – und Abreisebedingungen mit entferntem Parkplatz und Gepäckservice mittels Pick-up sollten einem bewusst sein! Ist ja an und für sich kein großes Problem, mit einem Säugling würden wir das jedoch auf keinen Fall noch einmal machen!

Es waren wundervolle Tage am Strand. Es lief alles super klasse und die Kommunikation mit dem Personal vor Ort war super und entspannt. Wir planen schon den Urlaub 2023 mit der gesamten Familie dort zu planen. Besten Dank und jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.
