Capo (Can Carraixet) with a private pool is located in the peaceful, rural area of Búger, halfway between the villages of Búger and Sa Pobla. This charming two-storey stone villa sleeps a maximum of 5 guests and has been beautifully furnished throughout. On the ground floor, is a large lounge/dining room that opens out to a covered terrace/pool area, there are comfortable sofas, a dining table/chairs, a wood-burner fire, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric hob/oven. The first of the bedrooms, a double and a shower room are also on this floor. Upstairs are three further double bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. An exterior utility room houses the washing machine along with an extra w/c. Outside, a large sun terrace provides plenty of space for relaxing in the sun and surrounds a sparkling private pool, there are loungers, garden and dining furniture as well as a portable barbecue for enjoying meals alfresco. The villa offers a peaceful retreat for a relaxing holiday and is ideal for families who want to escape the main tourist areas and discover authentic rural Mallorca!
