Magnificent apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in a completely new building, very close to the center of Granada.

We enter the apartment directly into the living room with an open kitchen. It is a spacious and bright room that has a 1.35 m sofa-bed, a 44-inch Smart TV and a dining area with a table for six people. The living room is very bright thanks to a balcony that overlooks Calle Cuartelillo, a very quiet street.
The kitchen, open to the living-dining room, is equipped with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable.

Next to the kitchen we have the first of the 3 bedrooms, with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 m and a full bathroom en suite with a shower.

Returning to the living room, we find another door that leads to the other two bedrooms, both with a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed. One of them also has a balcony facing Calle Cuartelillo.
In addition, in this same corridor, we have another complete bathroom with a shower.

The property has hot and cold conditioning through radiating floor in all rooms, which will undoubtedly make the stay more pleasant.

The building has private parking at a cost of €12/night, exclusively for guests, subject to availability and with prior reservation. There is also a common laundry area, free for guests to use.

The area of the apartment, located next to Campo del Principe Square, is one of the most emblematic and charming areas of Granada and is located in the old Jewish quarter of the city, known as El Realejo.
The privileged area of the apartment will allow you to enjoy the city and all the tourist attractions of the center just a few steps away.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
