Penthouse in the center of Granada, with terrace, next to the cathedral. Everything to make you feel at home. The house is completely renovated with all kinds of amenities to make you feel at home. We have amenities to make your stay more enjoyable, ironing, top quality sheets, coffee capsules, tea. It also has a washing machine, with facilities to make your own laundry. If you want to feel at home, do not hesitate to come, you will not regret it.
Our idea is that a person feels as if he were at home, being in a home that is not yours, but that gives you all the security and tranquility to you and your family.
We have a kit, extra blankets games, air conditioning and a small terrace that will make your stay much more pleasant, go out for a bit of air after a day of walking.

Perfect location close to cathedral

This was a lovely spot to spend a few nights while in Granada. Easy to get to all on the things I wanted to see. Only negative was construction across the street - noisy at times and meant I couldn’t use the balcony. That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise a great stay.

A gorgeous, secret little find in the heart of Granada. Light and airy, clean and well equipped it was a great place to stay. The little balcony is really sweet and a perfect place to unwind. It was a bit tricky to find since it's on a very quiet back street, but Bib Rambla square is right around the corner as well as the main shopping area. The host was very helpful and responsive and spoke great English.

Un lugar espectacular

What a fabulous apartment! From the moment our flight was cancelled and we had to check in late to check out, our host, Carlos was magnificent! He was friendly and attentive, answering our questions quickly and thoughtfully. The apartment’s location is perfectly located to walk to the Cathedral, the Alhambra, tons of fantastic restaurants and shops. We are a family of two adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay! We’ll definitely be back!

This is not a 3 bedroom property! There is one small bedroom with a double bed , the size of a box room and it is not possible to walk round.There is small child’s Ikea bed off the side of the kitchen and the third bed is a sofa bed in the living area. There is definitely NO King size or Queen size bed as the listing. Bedsheets were left on the bed and we had to make the beds upon arrival. Also unsure if the property had not been used for a while as felt cold and damp in all of the furnishings and the floor was very dusty and appeared not have been cleaned. We were aware of the number of stairs but did not expect to struggle to get through the front door and space very tight and difficult to manoeuvre with a large case. (63 no lift) Information regarding keys etc were not given until we had arrived at Malaga and en route to Granada. Large construction site to the rear with work commenced at 7am every morning. A residential building and very noisy neighbours. A broken TV left on a breakfast table and a further bedframe leaning against a wall in the room. Positive- great shower, good location near to Bib Rambla and shops.

Como en casa

El apartamento esta excelente, muy nuevo, limpio y con todo tipo de detalles para sentirte como en casa. Tiene todas las comodidades, aire acondicionado, bomba de calor, TV, Wifi, etc. Además esta situado en una zona inmejorable para acceder a las mejores zonas de Granada a pie, o muy cerca de las paradas de autobús para los desplazamientos. Carlos fue un anfitrión fenomenal antes, durante y después de la estancia, ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos. La verdad que se merece un 10, muy bien.

Wir haben hier sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und die Stadt ist spitze! Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!
