Cozy studio apartment with bathroom located in a completely new building, located very close to the center of Granada.

Upon entering the apartment we find the kitchen area on the left, open to the rest of the room and equipped with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. The kitchen has a dining area with capacity for two people.

Opposite the kitchen we find the living room, which has a 1.35 m sofa-bed and a 44-inch Smart TV.

On the other side of the room we find the bedroom area, with a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed. Next to the bedroom, we find the complete bathroom with shower. The bathroom is adapted for disabled people.

The entire room is very bright as it has 2 windows facing the street.

The property has hot and cold conditioning through radiating floor in all rooms, which will undoubtedly make the stay more pleasant.

The building has private parking at a cost of €12/night, exclusively for guests, subject to availability and with prior reservation. There is also a common laundry area, free for guests to use.

The area of the apartment, located next to Campo del Principe Square, is one of the most emblematic and charming areas of Granada and is located in the old Jewish quarter of the city, known as El Realejo.
The privileged area of the apartment will allow you to enjoy the city and all the tourist attractions of the center just a few steps away.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
