YPR Loft 21 is located on the first floor in one of Cortona's historical center's oldest and most characteristic buildings, just a couple minutes' walk from the main piazzas & cultural attractions. Since its complete restoration of the highest quality, the apartment is a unique infusion of impeccable taste, style & comfort; enjoy its high end interiors, panoramic views & private location.

On the first floor of an elegant and quiet residential building, the apartment itself is laid out on two floors.

One enters into the beautifully decorated living space, which continues into the dining area; the full length glass sliding doors, when opened, make it possible to experience dining in the comfort of the indoors, with the feel of the outdoors. From the living area one can access the first bedroom, full bathroom with shower, and the kitchen equipped with stovetop cooker, oven, ice maker, wine cooler, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, and coffe maker.

The staircase leads from the living area to the upstairs master suite: a bedroom with a private lounge area and a second full bathroom with a shower.

Both bedrooms provide ample space to hang and store clothes.
Linens, towels & robes are provided for each bedroom.

Nice Convenient Apartment

This is a nice and convenient option inside the walls of Cortona. It’s very close to the center of town and is a couple minutes walk from many restaurants and retail shops. The communication with the property manager was outstanding and the response time to questions was prompt. It’s very comfortable for two couples and the bedrooms are well separated. We would certainly rent here again.

Perfect Spot to Explore Tuscany

Aesthetically as beautiful as the photos suggest. Comfortable beds. Quiet location in the heart of Cortona. Enough cooking equipment to prepare meals. Travellers should expect poor internet connection, but this seems to be an issue all around this area. Air conditioning fails to perform in temperatures into the 30's. Car parking is on the street if you can get it, and it's recommended that you drive a small car for the tight laneways. Overall a great central spot to explore the area.
