This brand new two bedroom apartment is modern, stylish and fully equipped with high end furniture and appliances. Very spacious and comfortable with plenty of sunlight all around. The large patio offers a perfect setting for your morning coffee or tea. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and a sofa bed is available in the common area. Located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, this small private building has a view of the sea and Stobreč over the neighbouring rooftops. A secured parking spot is available in front of the building.

Podstrana is a small town in the outskirts of Split, quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is at your fingertips, grocery store, bakery, deli, banks, cosmetic salons, gym, markets, beach bars, restaurants and much more. Podstrana is a peaceful location with beautiful beaches located just outside of Split old town centre. Local buses run frequently to and from this location but if you prefer to drive there is a secured parking spot in front of the building. The beach is 500m from the apartment which is only a 5 minute walk.
