This property is an excellent choice if you need to stay near the UC Campus area. It has a ton of amenities and is very nice. There is off street parking which is a huge bonus. I definitely recommend this property.

We very much enjoyed this property. It was comfortable, easy to relax in, full bathrooms, one on each floor which were very nice , really nice kitchen , very nice bedrooms, and off of one was a super 2nd story covered deck! The driveway also has an area which is covered, perfect to keep you dry if it rains. The location was superb for us as my husband had minor surgery at UC Medical Center, just 0.4 mi from the house! We hope to return again soon to take advantage of more that Cincy offers. And Marie is a lovely host

This was an excellent house to rent for a long weekend. It is located in a great spot. The place was very clean and was fully stocked with the essentials in case you forgot something. Instructions were helpful for using remotes around the house and for what was requested when checking out. We had five and it easily accommodated. Highly recommend.

Traveled with a handicapped family member… so only one step into house was exceptionally convenient. Main floor bathroom with walk in shower and recliner are difficult accommodations to find in a place to stay, let alone a place as nice as this one. Very comfortable and spacious. Would be fantastic to stay for longer next time. Covered driveway was perfect as it was pouring down raining when we arrived.

This was a very good location, especially if you are attending a university of cincinnati event. close to campus. our favorite place to eat and drink was a block and 1/2 away at the beer garden. TOTALLY great german food - plus other -- and great service, ect.

Overall we loved the rental and would definitely stay again! The biggest issues we had were the remotes and batteries and the various light switches. A lot of the areas were labeled which were very helpful, but still a little confusing. The address online didn't match the location address, but the picture of the property helped us find it. Thanks for being so hospitable.

I bought this house while in graduate school at the University of Cincinnati. It became a family project to renovate the house and I lived in it while finishing school. The house was designed to have everything needed to enjoy the space: excellent lighting, modern kitchen, open layout, tall ceilings, high quality stereo system, and electric outlets at every corner.

Why they chose this property

Great place to stay in comfort and luxury while being close to everything. Safe to walk to the University of Cincinnati and nearby restaurants. The open layout is modern with new appliances, electronics, and furnishings. Here, you can visit with friends and family, be near the universities, attend a conference, enjoy a festival, or be near one of the hospitals. The house has abundant amenities and supplies that will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Modern, spacious, beautiful home that is near everything! Office with computer, printer, and copier. DirectTV in 4 rooms. Amazon firestick with Netflix, amazon prime, and more. Well stocked kitchen- blender, food processor, keurig, etc. Laundry easy to access,. Good water pressure and water heater. Top notch appliances. Heat, AC, off street parking, deck, location.
