Egyptian Experience Resort in Nabq, studio with sea views

Stunning , spacious studio on the award winning Egyptian Experience resort in Nabq , Sharm El Sheikh. Situated next door to the new Rixos Radamis hotel.

Well tended gardens and 5 pools to choose from plus pool bar at the main pool serving food and soft drinks during the daytime. Please be aware none of these pools are heated.

Studio has king sized bed plus sofa bed with storage. Bedding and towels provided including pool towels.

Wifi available payable locally.

Fitted kitchen with oven , hob , microwave and fridge freezer.

Bathroom with shower.

Large air conditioning unit plus portable fan.

Insect screens fitted to all doors and windows.

Large sunny balcony with views to the sea and Tiran Island. Furnished with lounge seating and table and chairs
Roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains.

Airport transfers available please ask for details.

On site supermarket and taxi service.

Complex covered by CCTV cameras also with on site security.

Please note that in addition to the rental price water and electricity are payable locally as they are provided by meters. Staff will take a reading when you arrive and again when you check out so you only pay for what you have used . This allows us to keep our basic rental price low.

Unfortunately due to local laws we are unable to accept bookings from unmarried couples if either of the guests are Egyptian.

Please be aware there is considerable building works ongoing all across Sharm at the minute so you may experience some disruption.

Perfect winter stay.

Stayed 5 weeks beginning 9/1/24 Spacious studio, very comfy bed, lovely balcony to sit and enjoy your favourite tipple.good cooking facilities, great fridge freezer for stocking up after a trip to Metro supermarket which has everything we needed apart from the booze there was other shop's to buy the alcohol. Will be going again.

Hi , we have owned property in sharm since 2006 after an amazing first holiday when we fell in love with the diving , the food and the people. Multiple visits later and we still love it and visit as often as we can.

Why they chose this property

We own another property on the same complex overlooking the main pool but have always loved the position of this phase of apartments. When the opportunity arose to buy one , we jumped at the chance as the views of Tiran are amazing.
