The property has three double bedrooms and a smaller room with a queen sized bed.
Situated in a beautiful terrace with a lounge at the front and sunny kitchen diner overlooking the garden.
The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and two armchairs.
The kitchen has another lounge area and sofa.
Our kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave.
The house also has an overgrown south facing garden with decked area and patio furniture.
There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with doors out to the garden.
There is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs, there are three more double rooms (one with a queen bed) and a family bathroom and toilet.
The bathroom has a bath, shower over, toilet and basin.
It is only 10 min walk to Leyton tube and Leytonstone overground.
Excellent location for Stratford and easy access to central London.
