Enclosed, Lawned front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 3 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. . Within walking distance of Kessingland’s glorious sand dunes beach, a traditional seaside village on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, this pet friendly bungalow boasts its own private sunny decking area, garden and only a few minutes walk to the beach from the garden gate. It is the ideal retreat for a short break. Wild Lupin is a brand-new property finished in 2022 and has been finished to a very high standard with no expense spared making it an ideal choice for a staycation.
An open plan living and dining room with a large Smart TV is the perfect place to enjoy a film after a long day exploring Suffolk. No matter the time of day, the well-equipped kitchen is the ultimate place to cook up a feast. The spacious bathroom features an elegant roll top bath and a separate walk-in shower with toilet and grab rails. There are two double bedrooms making Wild Lupin suitable for both families and friends looking to escape to the coast.
Only 4 miles away is the popular resort of Lowestoft which offers traditional seaside entertainment and both Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park and Africa Alive safari park are within a short drive. Visit Oulton Broad and take a boat ride on its Lake Lothing waters or walk along Southwold prom with its pier and summer theatre, Dunwich Heath and beach, RSPB Minsmere, Aldeburgh with its fishing boats and local seafood and Snape Maltings Concert Hall are all easily accessible as are the lovely Norfolk Broads. Beach 500 yards. All with many excellent dog walking trails too.

A lovely find...

the property is amazing and just like the pictures. It was lovely to go into, very clean and well cared for and has everything needed for a short (or long) holiday. It is in an excellent location with not far to go for anything you might need but still so quiet and peaceful. The only downside is that the garden and veranda are not enclosed which was not great for the dog - we booked this before any reviews were showing so we only found this out later - but the beach is a 5min stroll away so he had plenty of fun and exercise. A fab time was had by all!
