Athena is introduced by an outdoor area with garden and porch with
wooden covering, both furnished with outdoor dining area. 
Villa Athena consists of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with access to the garden, 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom. In the sleeping area on the basement floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom ad a trible bedroom. Moreover, there are two outdoor full bathrooms.

holiday home with garden is in the outskirts of Porto Cesareo, in a
quiet area near the city centre but far from the chaos. The city centre
is 1,5 kilometers away. The most beautiful beaches of Porto Cesare are 2
kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels not provided:  extra price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- 2 bathrooms are outdoors.
- The double room and the triple room that we find detached in the outer space are free of internal fixtures but only equipped with external shutters.
- Air conditioning in the bedroom in the basement.
