Private apartment, rented only for a few periods of the year. Furnished with care and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay literally by the sea. Located on the ground floor in a villa with private access to the free beach, in the most suggestive stretch of sea of the Ionian marina located between Torre Chianca and Scalo di Furno adjacent to the "Le Dune" bathing establishment. Only three steps separate the house from the sea.
6 beds in three bedrooms plus a camping cot for babies, large bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV corner, closet, veranda, furnished garden on the sea side with outdoor shower, rear garden with reserved parking space shade.
Equipped with mosquito nets, fans, air conditioners in the sleeping area, washing machine, barbeque, TV, DVD player, 2 sunbeds and umbrella, 2 bicycles.

Great getaway on one of the best beaches in Italy

Everything was great. Fabrizio is a great host, the house is strategically located a few steps from the beach hence great for families with small children. One more plus is that you are very close to Porto Cesareo and its amenities.

A little corner of paradise!This property is a hidden gem, in a magic Salento location, steps away from the beautiful crystal clear beach of Le Dune of Porto Cesareo. And Fabrizio is a wonderful host, full of amazing recommendations all around the area, he made us feel at home. In our next trip from NY to Italy we will come back!

Clean and spacious house, good beds, airconditioning. The house is charming with old details (beautiful tile floor and window framings) but could use an update (mainly the kitchen). The location is a dream!! On a beautiful calm sandbeach with amazing blue shallow sea. Fabrizio is very welcoming and helpful. We had sucha geat time!!

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des Hauses hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand. Flaches Wasser, geschützte Bucht. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sehr netter Vermieter. Gute Ausgangslage für Besuche von z.B. Galipolli, Lecce. Weitere schöne Strände in der Nähe.

Die Lage ist ein Traum! Man geht aus dem Haus über die Terrasse raus aus dem Gartentürchen, 5m und man ist am Strand. Glasklares Wasser in den schönsten Blautönen wie in der Karibik. Das Haus ist OK, schon etwas älter, aber alles da und Vermieter sehr nett.

Had a really nice time

The appartment is nice, cosy and simple (e.g. no wifi, however who really needs that as all smart phones have free data within the EU). The location of the appartment is absolutely perfect (direct access to the beach). The combination makes it an ideal place to relax and unwind. We had a really nice time and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Also the owner (Fabrizio) was a really nice host with good tips about the area.

Amazing position on the beach!

We spent 10days at the end of the season so Porto Cesareo was quiet. Fabrizio welcomed us and showed us his home. It is well equipped and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The position of the property is unique, nestled amongst the sand dunes just a stones throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. Soft sand, clear shallow waters provide a very family friendly environment. We will treasure these memories for a long time!

Vacanza da sogno nel Salento

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 26 settembre al 3 ottobre, desideravamo una casetta sulla spiaggia e ci siamo affidati all’annuncio di Fabrizio, e ne è davvero valsa la pena!!! La posizione della villetta è unica, 2 passi e sei in una delle più belle spiagge del Salento senza bisogno di utilizzare la macchina e stressarti per trovare parcheggio e caricare e scaricare l’occorrente La casa è grande, fresca , arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i confort , compreso un giardinetto che permette di rilassarsi dopo la spiaggia e di cenare con la brezza salentina e il rumore delle onde del mare Fabrizio gentilissimo , disponibile e accogliente! Torneremo sicuramente!!!
