Die Lage ist perfekt, da das Haus etwas weiter hinten in der Hauptstrasse liegt, bekommt man vom Verkehr so gut wie nichts mit und der See bzw die Promenade ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, auch das Strandbad West ist sehr schnell erreicht. Sauberkeit: Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe dreckig, hier fanden wir sogar noch Überbleibsel der Aufenthalte vorher (Eiswürfel und Aufbackbrötchen). In der Küche flattert ein Fliegengitter anmutig im Wind... An der Decke ist ein Wasserschaden, der nicht behoben wurde. Ameisenkolonie im Bad (Problem bekannt, aber nicht im Vorfeld gehandelt). Die Bäder waren nicht gründlich gereinigt. Im Schlafzimmer war eine Steckdose komplett aus der Wand gerissen, auch auf Nachfrage wurde hier nicht nachgebessert. Das ist gefährlich und fahrlässig. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr spartanisch (Besteck z.B. genau abgezählt). Im grossen Schlafzimmer steht ein massiver altdeutscher Wohnzimmerschrank und eine dazu passende Sitzgruppe. Passt nicht und ist auch nicht zweckdienlich, erinnert an Sperrmüllsammlung. Check In: leider erst am Nachmittag des 2. Tages die Bodenseecard erhalten, Kommunikation sehr holprig, da offenbar die Putzfrau mit nur rudimentären Deutschkenntnissen an der Rezeption sass. Dafür war sie sehr freundlich. Alles in allem geht das deutlich besser mit wenigen Mitteln. Sauberkeit und Sicherheit sind einfach das A und O, hierfür können wir leider nur wenige Punkte vergeben.Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht nocheinmal buchen.

Prima Lage, schlechte Ausstattung und mit Hundegeruch empfangen.

Die Mitarbeiterin war beim einchecken sehr freundlich. Obwohl wir zu früh da waren, durften wir unseren PKW schon abstellen. Die Kaffeemaschine entpuppte sich als Kapselmaschine. Dies sollte man vorab so kommunizieren, da wir mit Filtertüten und Kaffeepulver angerückt sind. Die Ausstattung war eine Katastrophe, da es weder eine Kanne, keine Kelle und viele andere Dinge, die man in einer Küche erwartet, gab. Man hatte damit geworben, dass die Küche gut ausgestattet ist. Es roch stark nach Hund

Top Lage, sehr empfehlenswert!

Die FeWo liegt perfekt am Stadtrand, wenige Schritte zum Bodensee, zum Stadtpark, zur Therme, zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Ein kleiner Balkon mit schönem Blick ins Grüne und auf den Gallerturm kommt als Bonusüberraschung noch dazu. Besonders gemütliches Wohnzimmer.
