A few steps from the historic center, very close to the train station, we offer "La Maison du Coq": an ideal destination for those who want to spend their stay in the intimacy of a small Victorian context. The recently renovated two-room apartment, with independent entrance, consists of a bright living room with dining table, sofa bed and television, a kitchen equipped with everything needed for a short stay (kettle, oven, fridge), an intimate bedroom double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is equipped with all the necessary comforts to make your stay extremely pleasant (smart TV, free Wifi, courtyard for exclusive use, parking space!); it is also located in an excellent position to reach our city (thanks to the proximity of motorways and the station) and enjoy its main attractions, from the events at the Fair, to the wonders of the Historic Center up to the enchanting shores of Lake Garda!

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend aber direkt am Bahndamm. Wetterbedingt hatten wir die Fenster geschlossen, da hat man die Züge gehört, es hat aber nicht gestört. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es 10 Minuten, bis zur Piazza Bra und Supermarkt 15 Min. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber.

Gut geeignet für einen kurzen Städtetrip

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, schön und modern eingerichtet und bietet alles was benötigt wird. Man läuft ca. 15 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Das Wohnviertel selbst ist eher trist und bietet gar nichts an (keine Möglichkeiten einzukaufen, ein Café oder irgendwas anderes). Das Appartement liegt direkt mit Blick zum Schienenverkehr und auch der Garten, der in diese Richtung zeigt, ist verwildert und nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen. Die kleine Terrasse ist durchgehend in der prallen Sonne inklusive lauter Lüftungsanlage. Die Kommunikation den Vermietung lief unkompliziert über Whatsapp. Die Züge fahren übrigens die ganze Nacht durch.. und durch das Schlafzimmerfenster gut zu hören.
