It has 3 bedrooms, one main with a double bed and the other tow bedroom very large with two single beds each. 2 full bathrooms. Very comfortable and bright large living room with a balcony overlooking a beautiful promenade.Fantastic community pool where there are also tennis and paddle courts as well as a bar and an area for children to play.Dispose of:

It is located in La Algaba, which is 15 minutes from the center of Seville and 30 minutes from the beginning of the Sierra Norte.

Ideal space to spend a few days or to live for a few months.

Tres beau logement

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans un logement neuf au calme. Une propriétaire à lecoute avec des explications tres claires. 3 chambres et un canapé lut dans le saon. Nous avo s apprécié notre sejour proche de Séville

Servicio nefasto

El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpieza impecable y en general bien, pero habia muchas cosas que dejaban que desear. Lo primero la atención de el/la propietario/a. Hablé por teléfono con una chica por unos problemas de entendimiento (ya que no te especificaban cosas para la entrada y/o el registro) y me trató algo mal. La cafetera no funcionaba, las terrazas, que según la propietaria tenía piscina, ni había y era muy pequeña. En conclusión lo único destacable es que el apartamento está bien y la limpieza también bien.

Bon appartement mais annonce pas fidèle

Appartement nickel, très propre et neuf Lits et linge de toilette parfait Bien situé à 25 minutes du centre de Séville. Facile pour se garer avec un parking à proximité. Côté cuisine, il manque du nécessaire pour 8 personnes : grandes casseroles, grandes poêles, des couverts et des tasses et assiettes Le problème pour nous a été un mauvais code d'accès qui nous a bloqué en pleine nuit pour rentrer Et également l'annonce indiquait la présence d'une piscine qu'il n'y avait pas Propriétaire (pas le gérant) par contre très sympathique et réactif

PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA

Hacen publicidad totalmente engañosa, ya que no hay piscina y una de las terrezas es minúscula. La otra terraza es mas grande pero ninguna de las dos está bien habilitada. Pone que hay cafetera y no funciona. La descripción del resto del piso si corresponde con el anuncio y está en buen estado y limpio.

Muy mal descrita

La vivienda en su interior, maravillosa. No sé corresponde el resto con nada de la descripción. No hay piscina, no es urbanización, es un barrio a las afueras del Algaba (el Aral), barrio obrero, de casa bajas (la gente maravillosa). El resto no tiene nada que ver con la descripción del anuncio. Hemos estado de maravilla, pero nos hemos sentido engañados.

Great place with easy access to seville

The property was clean and spacious with 3 adults. it was very easy to get into Seville with a car and was an awesome place to stay.
