The space
Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautifully 2 bedroom property whose furnishings have been chosen with a lot of love. The design scheme is homely and modern. The apartment has a cozy open plan living, dining with a separate kitchen area which is perfect if you plan to cook and like having company!

There is a comfy sofa in the living area for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies.

The kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster and kettle etc that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!

There are two double bedrooms in the apartment. All the bedrooms are spacious with stylish homely touches. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings. Finally, the bathroom will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. The apartment comes with a washer, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request at an extra charge.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

Other things to note
DURING YOUR STAY
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised upon request
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
