Tolle ruhige Lage mit schönem Ausblick

Super Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, und ein Restaurant am Meer gibt es auch sehr gut.... Wir lieben die Ruhige Lage der nächste Bäcker ist um diese Jahreszeit ca 10km entfernt, ab Saison beginn dann kommt ein Bäcker wagen vorbei alles ist super und Toll, nur ab und an das Hundegebell von den wilden Hunden oder Nachbarn ist etwas störend

Appartement très bien situé, hôte sympathique

L'appartement est situé dans une villa divisée en 4 appartements. Celui-ci a une très belle vue sur la mer et nous a très bien convenu (2 adultes et un ado). Très bien situé pour visiter les grands sites archéologiques de Sicile. Sciacca est à 15/20 mn en voiture. Accès à pied à la plage de San Giorgio très appréciable. Cuisine pas très pratique mais adresse recommandée!

Bon séjour

Rocco est en effet très accueillant ainsi que nous avions pu le lire sur d'autres commentaires et même si nous aurions aimé pouvoir communiquer plus et plus facilement. L'accueil a été agréable avec le nécessaire pour notre premier petit-déjeuner et quelques autres provisions. Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce. Il est toutefois un peu juste et spartiate pour 6 personnes surtout en hiver (février) où l'on ne peut se servir de la douche extérieure et où l'on profite moins de la terrasse. C'est un bon point de départ pour découvrir l'ouest de la Sicile et il est très près de la mer.

Für Freunde der Einsam- und Einfachheit!

1) Lage: - abgelegenes Haus im Ortsteil San Giorgio, - Zufahrt über enge Schlagloch-Strassen und unbefestigten Straßenteil, - keine Versorgungsmöglichkeiten (Einkauf, Restaurant etc.) in der Nähe, Fahrt nach Sciacca oder Ribera erforderlich, daher Mietwagen zwingend notwendig. Tägliche Versorgung mit Brot und Gebäck über einen Bäcker-Verkaufswagen (ca. 10 Uhr) möglich. - auch die Müllentsorgung (nach sizilianischer Art) ist nur mit Auto möglich, - sehr schöner Blick auf das Meer, - bis auf nächtliches Hundegebell und gelegentliche kleinere (private?) Musikveranstaltungen am Wochenende sehr ruhig, - Strand (Sand mit Steinen und Kies) mit Auto über Schotterstraßen in ca. 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. - Sehenswerte kulturelle Orte, z.B. Selinunte, Agrigento, sind mit Auto und vertretbarer Fahrzeit gut zu erreichen. 2) Wohnung: - Große Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit passabler Möblierung und Ausstattung, weitestgehend sauber. - Küche (4-Flammen-Gasherd mit Propangasflasche) aufgrund der beengten Platzverhältnisse hinter dem Tresen nur schwierig und unter Beachtung der Sicherheit nutzbar. In der Küche kein fließendes warmes Wasser, kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle. - Badezimmer sehr schlecht zugeschnitten; kaum Platz für die Füße zwischen Dusche und Toilettenbecken. Fensteröffnung nur eingeschränkt möglich. Stufe in Raummitte. - Sehr schöne große Terrasse mit Meerblick. - Sehr schöne und schattige Parkplätze für das Auto. 3) Gastgeber: Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und engagierter Gastgeber. Jedoch schwierige Kommunikation, da er abweichend von der Objektbeschreibung nur Italienisch spricht. Die angegebenen Fremdsprachenkenntnisse werden durch Handhabung und Einsatz von Smartphone mit Übersetzungs-App. nur teilweise erreicht. Daher sind Kenntnisse der italienischen Sprache bei den Gästen von Vorteil.

Appartamento accogliente

La casa è graziosa, con piacevolissima terrazzina vista mare spaziosa per pranzi e colazioni. La posiIone è ottima per raggiungere vari punti turistici come la Valle dei Templi, Selinunte e tante belle spiagge con il mare pulito e fresco. Il signor Rocco è disponibilissimo ed ospitale, ci ha dato vari consigli e spunti riguardo le spiagge da visitare e sui ristoranti dove mangiare bene ad un buon prezzo nella vicina Sciacca. nach unseren Erkenntnissen nur zur Season zu empfehlen: Baulärm, Streunende Hunde wohin das Auge reicht. Der Vermieter ist hingehen sehr Bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste und wenn man beachtet, das man die Zimmer mit Meerblick absichert, alles super- wir hatten leider Pech ;).

Un coin de paradis

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement avec vue sur la mer depuis une magnifique terrasse bien équipée début octobre. Le lieu est calme, la mer est tout proche. Mais ce que nous retiendrons surtout c'est l'accueil du propriétaire qui nous avait réservé de belles surprises : visite des lieux intéressants de Sciacca pour que nous puissions nous repérer facilement. Dégustation de pâtisserie sicilienne... Une grande gentillesse qui nous donne envie de revenir dans cette région. Grazie mille signore Rocco.

Séjour à San Guiogo - Scaccia - aout 18

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille ( 5p.) dans cet appartement situé à San Giorgo ( 10 km à l 'est de Scaccia) . L'appartement est au 1er étage d'une maison , à 600 m à pieds de la plage. Points positifs: - très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer - 2 grandes chambres - parking à l'ombre - un boulangère passe le matin en voiture avec choix de pains et Aranchini : c'est très pratique - san Giorgio - Scaccia est bien situé pour visiter le sud de la Sicile ( de Marsala à Argrigente), - bon accueil du propriétaire Rocco Points à améliorer: - pas de climatisation : 1 ventilateur au plafond dans chaque chambre - le canapé - lit ( pour ou 5 et 6eme personne) est dans la pièce d'entrée -cuisine , où il fait chaud la nuit. - cuisine et salle de bain : il y a ce qu'il faut mais les 2 pièces sont à rafraichir - ne parlant pas italien, les discussions ont été limitées

Relax a due passi dal mare

La casa è in un luogo tranquillo a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia poco affollata ed il mare pulito. Ci siamo trovati molto bene grazie anche alla cordialità e alla disponibilità di Rocco. Sciacca si raggiunge in auto e l'unica pecca è la mancanza di un negozio di generi di prima necessità nelle vicinanze. Da qui si possono visitare tranquillamente le province di Agrigento e Trapani.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern im September in San Giorgio. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz, ist einfach aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse - jeden Morgen Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer und die umliegende Landschaft, jeden Abend Postkarten-Sonnenuntergänge. Rocco ist der perfekte Gastgeber, großzügig, verlässlich, hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und lieb zu den Kindern. Auch ohne eine gemeinsame Sprache zu sprechen, konnten wir von seinen Tipps und Empfehlungen profitieren. San Giorgio ist ein kleines ruhiges Dorf mit mehreren schönen, flach abfallenden Sandstrand-Abschnitten, die alle sauber und im September nicht überlaufen sind. Hier findet man in erster Linie italienische Touristen. Der Strand ist von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß erreichbar, wegen des leichten Anstiegs auf dem Rückweg ist es allerdings mit dem Auto bequemer, parken ist kein Problem. Es gibt im Dorf kein nennenswertes Nachtleben, für Bar- und Restaurant-Besuche am Abend sowie die Einkäufe muss das nahe gelegene Sciacca oder Ribera aufgesucht werden. Wer einen ruhigen Strandurlaub mit gelegentlichen Ausflügen, z.B. nach Agrigento oder Corleone plant, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken Rocco für seine Gastfreundschaft.

Nous avons passé trois semaines de vacances merveilleuses! L'appartement est simple, il dispose d'une terrasse avec vue sur la mer bleu azur, un panorama dont on ne se lasse pas Accessible à pied, une agréable plage familiale et à 7km, la belle ville de Sciacca, animée et festive pour passer de belles soirées. Bella casa e gentilissimo Rocco

Per qualsiasi cosa siamo sempre stati seguiti e consigliati da Rocco, sempre disponibile e gentile. L´appartamento semplice e carino con terrazza ed una vista mare mozzafiato. Posto auto disponibile a l´interno e sempre a l´ombra. Giardino molto curato, doccia esterna molto comoda per il dopo spiaggia. Mare veramente bellissimo. A pochi passi dalla villa si trova la spiaggia di San Giorgio bellissima, mai affollata. Nelle vicinanze si trova la stupenda citta´ di Sciacca, perfetta per passare delle belle serate in compagnia di amici. Un grande GRAZIE a Rocco per la sua disponibilita.

Sicile location 1104107, Nous sommes quatre belges dans la cinquantaine. Nous avons passé en juin une superbe semaine chez Rocco dans un petit village prés de Sciacca, tranquillité et vue sur la mer, il y loue 3 appartements propre et bien équipé. Rocco est un hôte très attentif, quel dommage qu'il ne parle qu'Italien mais peu importe, il se fera toujours comprendre. Rocco envoie chez tes futures locataires un plan plus détaillé pour arriver chez toi et tout sera parfait.Encore merci , Rocco et sans doute à bientôt. Michel

très beau séjour Sicilien

Aucune déception par rapport à ce qui était prévu. Par contre, quel plaisir de bénéficier de l'hospitalité de ROCCO et de sa famille, de ses petites attentions, de sa présence et de sa grande disponibilité pour tout . Nous avons passé 15 jours vraiment très agréables : petit déjeuner le matin sur la terrasse en contemplant la mer, plage familiale très proche (accès voiture moins fatiguant qu'à pieds sous le soleil) et de plus propre, quartier très calme où l'on peut dormir toutes fenêtres ouvertes, ville de SCIACCIA à 10 minutes en voiture avec ses palais, sa culture, son marché ..., RIBERA également ville accueillante.... il y a à dire mais tout est positif et nous recommandons vivement cette location. De plus particulièrement bien située pour visiter la Sicile africaine. Nous essaierons d'y revenir avec grand plaisir. Encore merci ROCCO !

Bella, comoda e in posizione strategica

Abbiamo trascorso nove giorni di vacanza meravigliosa in questa casa, a pochi passi dal mare azzurro di Sciacca, in una posizione strategica che ci ha permesso di visitare tutta la bellissima costa sicula da Agrigento a Trapani, con tutte le comodità, ma al tempo stesso immersa in un territorio ancora selvaggio, dove di giorno splendeva un sole ancora così caldo, nonostante fossimo già a metà ottobre e di notte potevamo ammirare un cielo così stellato che le luci della città ci avevano fatto dimenticare. Ma soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato e ricorderemo sempre la gentilezza e squisitezza di Rocco, il proprietario della bella villa, che con dovizia di particolari ha saputo fornirci tutte le informazioni che ci occorrevano per la nostra vacanza.

Casa spaziosa in ottima posizione

La posizione della casa è veramente l'ideale per chi , oltre al mare, vuol girare e conoscere meglio quel pezzo di Sicilia. Dalla casa a posti incantevoli come la Scala dei Turchi, Selinunte o la bellissima spiaggia di Portopalo, ci vogliono veramente pochi minuti di macchina, senza dimenticare, naturalmente la stupenda Sciacca. Nelle nostre escursioni siamo sempre stati aiutati da Rocco, proprietario ed angelo custode, sempre disponibile e gentile. Infine la casa spaziosa con una fantastica terrazza a pochi passi dal mare ti fa godere bene il sole ed il clima della Sicilia.

Bella Casa e cordialissimo proprietario

Abbiamo passato delle belle vacanze questo settembre. Da questa casa che corrisponde esattamente a quanto promesso nell'inserzione e che è dotata di tutti i servizi che necessitano ad una vacanza e con un proprietario di una disponibilità che imbarazza, potrete raggiungere facilmente Sciacca, le spiagge belle e vicine alla casa. Alcune sono raggiungibili a piedi, ma per chi ha un mezzo può raggiungere le due riserve naturali nelle vicinanze assolutamente stupende soprattutto nel periodo di settembre. Si tratta di Torre Salsa e la Riserva dei Platani. Ottima la posizione anche per raggiungere altre mete assolutamente da non perdere. La valle dei Templi e quindi Agrigento e la Scala dei turchi e, Eraclea Minoa. Per chi vuole una vacanza tranquilla a dimensione familiare non possiamo ch consigliare questa casa vacanza.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Blick übers Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Passt alles so, wie es in der Beschreibung beschrieben worden ist. VACANZE STUPENDE

Abbiamo trascorso delle bellissime vacanze. L´appartamento semplice e carino fornito di tutto con terrazza ed una vista mare mozzafiato. Posto auto disponibile a l´interno e sempre a l´ombra. Giardino molto curato, doccia esterna molto comoda per il dopo spiaggia. Mare veramente stupendooooo !!!! A pochi passi dalla villa si trova la spiaggia di San Giorgio e proseguendo in macchina (circa 5 min.) c'e la spiaggia di Timpi Russi, bellissima, mai affollata e perfetta per i bambini.Nelle vicinanze si trova la stupenda citta´ di Sciacca, perfetta per passare delle belle serate in compagnia di amici. Vicino la villa c'e un piccolo mini-market dove si possono acquistare pane (buonissimo e freschissimo) e altri prodotti. Comunque, per qualsiasi informazione, fidatevi di Rocco (il proprietario) una persona sempre cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Un giorno ci ha accompagnato personalmente al porto dove abbiamo acquistato pesce freschissimo, direttamente dai pescatori. Posto assolutamente da consigliare. Ritorneremo sicuramente!
