Cherry Tree Lodge is a wonderful one bedroom retreat tucked away in the owners beautiful landscaped grounds, yet less than a mile to Doniford Bay and St Audries Bay. This gorgeous traditional Norwegian lodge is set all on one floor for easy access, and enjoys views over the grounds and the Quantocks beyond. Inside, there is an open plan living space with the living area enjoying a comfortable seating area, French doors to the terrace. The well equipped kitchen area allows you to create a fantastic meal for any time of the day! The bedroom has a double bed, TV and en-suite Jack and Jill wet room (this can be accessed from the bedroom or main living area). Outside, you have your private decking area with seating, the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and relax after a day exploring the area. You also have the use of the owners landscaped gardens, and a field area that is perfect to walk the dog!
Cherry Tree Lodge is set in the perfect position to enjoy the North Somerset coastline, with Doniford Bay and St Audries Bay both within walking distance. Hop in the car and head to Watchet for a stroll around the harbour or into Minehead to enjoy the traditional English seaside town with its beach, amusements, shops, bars and restaurants.
Exmoor is within easy reach where you will find stunning views and plentiful villages tucked away in the hills with wonderful tea rooms for a slice of cake, a cuppa or a cream tea! Jump on the West Somerset Steam Railway that chugs merrily along the north coast from Minehead and through the country side to Bishops Lydeard, for a history fix why not visit Dunster with its medieval Castle, cobbled streets and independent stores.
