It features an entrance hall with wardrobe space, an open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds — ideal for families. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower, spa, and sauna, and another with a shower only. The living space has a high, open ceiling and includes both a cozy dining area with direct access to a south/west-facing covered terrace, and a sunken lounge with a wood-burning stove and TV with international channels. The terrace is partially enclosed and equipped with a large grill — perfect for evening meals outdoors. Guests can also enjoy a large east-facing wooden deck, ideal for morning coffee, as well as a spacious, private plot with a carport and a swing set for children. With modern comforts like a heat pump and a wood stove, the house offers year-round appeal. Please note that it is not rented to youth groups, ensuring a peaceful environment for all.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
