Comfortable large apartment

I enjoyed the stay. One of the main reasons for the choice was the kitchen, and it was indeed a satisfying experience for me. The gas stove is great for cooking, the refrigerator is large with a good freezer. There’s a cozy balcony with garden furniture and a nice big television in the apartment. The double bed is fine. There is a sofa bed, as well, which we didn’t use. The only thing that I find not quite perfect is that it takes over 30 minutes in a crowded bus to get to the center. The busses do not go reliably.

NOT FIT FOR RENTING

If I had a chance, I would NOT HAVE stayed at this apartment. I could not find another place to stay, so I had no choice. I've rented many times before, without problems. This was the worst. The owner's son met us when we arrived. It was not clean, had to call the owner to have it cleaned, beds were old and needed new mattresses. Owner promised new mattresses but they never arrived. No clean sheets or towels or cleaning lady to come clean while we were staying there. I had to wash towels myself. TV was old and not working properly Owner said she was getting a new tv, which never happened.There were problems with hot water in bathroom. The shower was clogged. The owner called a plumber to fix water issue. And no matter how many times I cleaned the bathroom there was always an odor. The kitchen had no microwave, the oven was dirty and dishes and cutlery were sparse. I had to buy some dishes and forks. We were not given instructions on how to use the stove, washer, dishwasher. My husband and I have rented many times before, and have never had any problems. Unfortunately, we had no place else to go to, our money already paid in advance, in good faith for this apartment. These people don't care and should not be allowed to rent the apartment in this condition.

un beau séjour académique

Mon collègue et moi avons passer six semaines en Rome pour prendre un course d'études. L'appartement de Silvia est très bien équipé et situé, avec une salle de séjour, une salle à manger, cuisine, salle de bain, et beaucoup d'espace pour nous deux. Les balcons donnent sur le quartier. Le bus 44 est à 5 minutes de l'appartement, et vous pouvez le prendre jusqu'au centre ville (Teatro Marcello). En plus, le parc Villa Doria Pamphilij est à 10 minutes, et le restaurant en dessous de l'appartement, Osteria Palmira, est excellent. C'était le parfait endroit pour nous, et j'espère de retourner!

Very beautiful apartment

We stayed a whole month in the apartment and it immediately felt like a second home. There is art in every inch and many books, which make a really cozy atmosphere. The hosts are really friendly and helpful, as well as always reachable. If you want to go into the city, you have to take the bus, which is almost never on time, but if you want the full Roma experience, that seems to be an authentic start. There are bus 44 to the quarter Trastevere and bus 870 to San Pietro. But the train is also only 15 minutes by foot away, it goes to the airport, termini or the quarter Ostiense. The Osteria right in front of the building is also really delicious, in case you are to hungry to take the bus to the city. I can recommend the apartment with a good conscious. Enjoy your stay!
