A little but very nice apartment (monotype) provided with air conditioning, bathroom with shower box, hair dryer, tv color, free Wifi, kitchen-corner, well equipped (two induction plates, micro-wave oven, electric italian type caffettiera, toaster) and panoramic terrace with awning, table, chairs and chaises-longues. For two persons. Located in the residential area of ​​Janiculum-Monteverde Vecchio ,, near the Park of Villa Pamphili, ten minutes away from the center of Trastevere, 20 minutes by bus from the Coliseum. Restaurants, open sky market, supermarket, any kind of shops (a delicious ice-cream shop too!) in the same street or very near. Very good and very cheap-rotisseries pizzerias (also take-away)

Maurizio was a wonderful host and very welcoming and went out of his way to help us have a wonderful stay. His information was extremely helpful and he always greeted us with a smile. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a great stay. The terrace is beautiful and we enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset outside in the evenings.

The apartment was clean, bed comfortable and area great for 2. The terrace was fantastic. The flat was close to train and the city was easy to navigate ( even for country bumpkins) but the reason this flat gets my 10/10 is Maurizio the host was organized, communicative and incredibly helpful. This property is excellent - a small place to stay with the amenities you need, managed by Maurizio, a wonderful man who picked us up from the train station and not only brought us to the Studio, but also took us on a tour around the neighbourhood and showed us nearby views and monuments, with the best and most affordable recommendations for food. Maurizio wanted to take us on a longer tour but we didn't have the time in our stay, but the next time I go to Rome, the first person I'll call is Maurizio!

Nice place, great host. Stay is in a quieter neighborhood. Good bus service. I only wish the host could boost the wifi, because it doesn't work on the terrace. Also, I cannot get the television from antenna view to cable view. I will likely be back again.

I cannot recommend this studio enough. It is in a perfect location- not too close to major tourist attractions but close enough that it is very easy to travel to them. Nice terrace to relax in the evening and far enough out of town that you can enjoy some truly local food but still close enough to walk or taxi into the city.Maurizio was great! Fantastic place to stay while visiting Rome, away from the hustle of downtown in a quiet, comfortable neighbourhood, yet close enough to get anywhere by bus! Place was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you could need including some snacks and coffee supplies!!!

Great location and awesome patio

This small apartment is in a really nice and safe neighbourhood. Has everything you need and it is away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but close enough to walk if you want. Public transportation was very good and on time. Trastevere has a lot of charm. Nice restaurants, markets etc. The best part of the apartment is the private patio. Maurizio and his wife are great hosts and local guides if you need anything during your stay.
