Spacious Cape with Ocean View, Short Walk to Beach

Gorgeous antique house with cathedral ceilings, large deck, multiple balconies and ocean view widow's walk. STEPS from Seagull Beach and Lewis pond.

This house is located steps from Sea Gull Beach, perhaps the best beach on all of Nantucket Sound. The house is huge and has plenty of space for a big gathering, whether family, or friends.

On the first floor you will enter to a wood-stoved living room great for relaxing. Then flow into the dining room with vaulted ceilings that has a table big enough to sit 12 people. Attached to the dining room is a big galley kitchen with a window out to the 2nd living room. Off the kitchen is the first floor bedroom and a full bath. Across from that is the 2nd living room with beamed ceilings and access to the outside from both sides. A huge fireplace decorates the room. The last room of the 1st floor is a third living room with another huge fireplace and beamed ceilings. This room has a door and could be used another bedroom with a comfortable pull out couch.

Make your way upstairs to 2 bedrooms and full bath on one side and a sitting area with a private master suite (full bath) on the other side. Each of the front 2 bedrooms have a private balcony. Off the sitting area is the access to the widows walk with 360 degree views of the area including the ocean. A perfect place to have a cup of coffee and enjoy sunsets and sunrises.

The outdoor provides a spacious deck, gas and charcoal grills and an outdoor shower. The driveway is big and has ample parking for everyone.

Wonderful vacation home for our family

We really enjoyed spending time in this home. It is very large and well laid out. Lots of bedrooms and family rooms for our big family. Kids were able to spend time in their own space, while adults had time in our own space, when needed. Otherwise we were together enjoying our time. Then kitchen is large, well equipped and easy for a big family. The outdoor deck is a great space as well. The walk to the beach is easy. Drive into town is easy as well. So many fun things to do in this community. From great restaurants to shopping, ice cream and mini golf. There's also a great water park up the road. Owners were easy and great communicators. We needed to get in a bit earlier than the usual check in time. No problem we were told! Highly recommend this property and the owner who manage it!!

Owner was Horrible!

The house is in a great location on Sea gull beach road . We checked in easily. The house needs updates inside very dark . The best room was upstairs but after two nights of sleep my pregnant daughter and husband woke up to scratching and screeching from some animals in the walls . They said it was like a party in the walls of either mice squirrels or bats! They came downstairs to sleep on the couches. I than gave my room to them off the kitchen. I called the owner she did call back the same day but exterminator didn’t come till Thursday 3 days later Boone wanted to sleep upstairs d/t this! The exterminator came set traps said it probably was flying squirrels or bats! We never found out what it was didn’t get a call back from the owner. Who wants to sleep upstairs with dead rodents that are in the attic space or ceiling, Bot good health wise ! I sent a text to the owner after we left to see if she was going to give a refund of some money she asked me how much . I said 2O0 night . She said that was way too much never offered another amount belittled me said no one else complained after us probably because the rodents were in the traps! She actually said I lied … I’m the most trustworthy person a RN of over 32 years my daughter and with family practice. We just wanted some bit of compensation as no one could use that room my daughter is 5 months pregnant. I ended sleeping on the pullout in the livingroom that was broken on the end! It’s sad how the owner was so horrible to me in her text messages . I could go on but won’t as this is long . We had a wonderful family vacation being together we didn’t let this get in our way! I’ve been going to the Cape in West Yarmouth for over 59 years… I just won’t rent this house again ! The Csoe is the best!
