A hidden gem nestled in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.

Nestled on the hillside in the Newland Valley Estate. Access via the stunning Tan House Newland.

Come and stay in our delightful hillside retreat.
A comfortable hideaway in the magical Forest of Dean.

This listing is for a 3 bed exclusive one level property. There is also the option of a sofa bed in the living room.

We also have a wood fired hot tub (£150 extra), pizza oven, Kamado BBQ and Fire pit as well as plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds.

We have separate listings for the 5 bedroom garden wing in Tan House and our Glamping offerings.

We may be able to offer flexibility on check in and check out times. Please feel free to enquire.

Please keep them on a lead outside as many areas are unfenced and there are small and young livestock next door.
Please note there is an unfenced pond in the garden and unfenced springs and brooks through the garden and adjoining land. For this reason, please be very careful with children, animals and anyone with mobility issues.

We live on the edge of Newland village and kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbours on arriving and leaving. For this reason, we also request no acoustic music or loud noise outdoors.
