Newly built luxurious villa in La Resina Golf
This bright and spacious villa is located in La Resina Golf Club, a few minutes from the beach and the Beachwalk - Senda Litoral - which goes all the way to Estepona or San Pedro. The Villa is newly built with all the modern high-tech facilities you would want as underfloor heating, state of the art cooling/ heating and a smart kitchen where it will be a joy to cook.
In the open plan kitchen/living room with amble seating inside and a big couch to relax in this property is ideal for summer as well as winter. The Livingroom and terrace offer the best of indoor/outdoor living with big windows which opens up towards the terrace with its BBQ/Dining area or why not relax at the pool in one of the big comfortable sofas or sun loungers.
The three bedrooms are all spacious and beautifully designed. The master comes with a walk-in closet and ensuite. The other two bedrooms share the bathroom.
On the roof you have a beautiful sunspot with views over the mountains where you can take in that afternoon drink in the Bali inspired sofas.
Nearby in the area you have mountains and rivers for hikers of all levels, 9-hole course just outside the door and 40 other golfcourses within a 30 minutes' drive. World famous Puerto Banus and Marbella, shopping centers and restaurants only a quick drive away or why not spend the night in the Garden Town of the coast, Estepona with its charming streets and lovely restaurants.

Fantastic newbuilt house in a quiet location but close to world famous Puerto Banus and Marbella and in the other direction to Estepona - the city of flowers on Costa del Sol. With a private heated pool and state of the art technology this house is perfect all year around.
