Perfect location

Very clean, perfect location for shopping, restaurants and tours. Communications were great and owner helped with our bags (one flight of stairs) and getting us a taxi.

Wonderful apartment

Enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. Clean, well located, comfortable bed, and very spacious. There are several restaurants located near by, on Wednesday a farmers market, and a meat market at the corner. This will be our go to Vrbo place to stay in Florence. We loved our stay!

Perfect location - Perfect host

Stayed at this property for family vacation. Apartment is perfectly located in the middle of touristic areas. In no time you are in the touristic places. Nearby small supermarket, cafeteria, etc. If you eat the restaurant downstairs you even get a discount. If you are planning a short stay I recommend this place. Notice though, if you plan to stay longer and need to wash your clothes then need to look laundry outside as the apartment does not have a laundry machine. Everything else is just very good. Clean & comfortable in excellent location, but noise from outside on weekend evenings

The apartment was as described and very clean. It consists of one bedroom with a large bed and ample storage, one living room with a tv, a sleeper sofa and space for a cot if there is a fifth person, a kitchen with a table for four and a bathroom off the kitchen. There is a long hallway connecting the rooms. There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment that was not difficult for us, but those with mobility problems may find it difficult. Filippo, the host, was friendly and welcoming. Because the previous group had checked out early, we were able to get into the apartment earlier which was very appreciated. The only negative was that there was a lot of noise from the street in the evenings on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday when we were there. Of course, that is not within the control of the host. If you are heavy sleeper then that will probably not be an issue. If you are not a heavy sleeper, you should not shy away from the apartment if you can visit perhaps on other days of the week, or use earplugs when you sleep, or visit during colder weather when people won’t be out on the street so late. The location was really good and walkable to the things we wanted to see without being right in the center of the most touristy spots. Please note that the apartment can be difficult to find but is above the restaurant Natalino.

Great apt and location!

The owner met us at the apt for check in and made everything seamless. The location of the apartment is great! Everything you want to see and do is right there! Very lively area with lots of restaurants as well. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Location was great. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It had all the essentials. The bathroom shower was a bit tiny but we were 3 small women so it worked for us. Flippo was very hospitable!
