As one of only four villas in this exclusive complex, Villa Kiotari Ariti boasts breathtaking sea views, a charming garden with a lawn and children’s play area, and a private pool featuring a beautiful waterfall feature.
This villa spans three floors, making it perfect for families or group gatherings. The master bedroom on the upper floor offers panoramic sea views from its south-facing balcony, overlooking the pool and garden.
Just a short distance away, Kiotari village offers a variety of dining options, shopping, beachside tavernas, and cafes, ensuring guests have everything they need for a memorable holiday.
Please note that the Brick Built BBQ is shared between this villa and its three sister villas, in a communal area.
