The living room has 2 sofas, a coffee table, a decorative fireplace, a dining area for up to 6 guests, and a smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, stove, two ovens, kettle, juicer, microwave, and dishwasher.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and there is a bathtub and a bidet in each of the 2 bathrooms.



OUTDOOR AREA:

There are 2 large outdoor areas: one has a small swimming pool outside available to use during summer and 2 sunbeds, the other has a dining area that can seat up to 8 guests. There are 2 small balconies with dining facilities and a large one which has 2 sunbeds and a table with 3 chairs.

The pool will be available for the guests , from 1st June to 15th September.

The property is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

ALTIDO’s place is located in Moneglia, Liguria, an hour drive from Genoa and a 3-hour drive from Milan.



Moneglia is a lovely, laid-back resort between Protofino and Cinque Terre. Visitors come here to explore well-preserved medieval structures in the historic centre and relax on the sandy beach with scenic views. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the town, a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the beach and city centre.

Milan is a 3-hour drive away, and Genoa is an hour drive from the flat.

Please drive safely and be aware of wildlife on the road.



**Please note that guests are obligated to pay a city tax due to local government law. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee.



House Rules

ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see the space as a home away from home—treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.

Dispose of rubbish appropriately.

Keep the property clean and tidy.

Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.

Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
