The pictures doesn’t do the property right

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The price/value is great. The shown pictures doesn’t do the property right, it’s way better. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, full kitchen and great garden with pool. We will be back!

Lovely apartment with private pool

The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you

Wir konnten ein Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen, weil es darin schimmelt. Uns ist das aufgefallen, nachdem unser Kind die ganze Nacht gehustet hat . Das Zimmer hat (wie die anderen Schlafzimmer auch ) kein Fenster nach außen. Es gibt keine Art Lüftungsanlage, die funktioniert aber nicht . Im Schimmel- Zimmer steht ein Luftentfeuchter, der die Luft ganz unangenehm trocken und warm macht . Der Vermieter hat nicht reagiert , fewo fand die Schimmel Fotos auch nicht überzeugend . Die Lage ist sehr schön , auch wenn man vom Garten das Meer kaum sehen kann , weil er tiefer liegt als die Straße . Man kann gut in den Ort und zum Meer laufen. Würde das nicht mehr buchen .

Le contact avec le propriétaire, Alberto Paoli, a été plutôt difficile. Soit disant parle l'anglais mais dans les fait uniquement italien; ne répond qu'après relance et que partiellement. Nous avons dû réclamer 3 jours avant notre arrivée les instructions qui disait d'appeler Flavia mais une fois de plus sans numéro de téléphone !!L'annonce parle de maison, en fait c'est le rez de chaussée d'un immeuble sur la colline et qui de fait est en contre bas de la route sans aucune fenêtre dans les petites chambres qui sont plutôt des cabines sans aucun rangement.

Lage sehr schön, Empfang und Wohnungseinweisung etwas mäßig. Vermieter hatte sich im Vorfeld auch nicht gemeldet. Schlafräume sind nur Schlaflöcher ohne Fenster. Lüftung wg. Lautstärke unzumutbar. Für jeden Schlafbereich ein eigenes Bad/ WC sehr angenehm. Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich ok. Küche und Wohnraum sind gut. Außenbereich und Pool sehr schön. 15 Min zum Meer ist ok.

Mögen Sie „lost Places“?

Zunächst mal das Gute: - sehr freundliche Begrüßung - saubere Zimmer Ansonsten… ist das als FerienHAUS gemietete Objekt die Einliegerwohnung eines 4-Etagenhauses, das in den 70‘er Jahren ein Hotel war. Der Zustand der Wohnung war „okay“, der Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich ist fein.“Fabelhaft“ wie die offizielle Bewertung kann ich nicht mal annähernd nachvollziehen. Hotelbewertung wäre bei mir 2,5 Sterne. Der Meerblick der Fotos ist durch das Gartentor über die Straße hinweg und nicht, wie suggeriert direkt vom Grundstück aus.

Aktive Tage in Moneglia

Die Wohnung ist super und befindet sich auf einer der bergigen Straßen in Moneglia. Ca. 50m unterhalb der Wohnung befinden sich Treppen, die in den Ortskern führen. Das Inserat verspricht nicht zu viel, außer dass ich es mit maximal 4 Erwachsenen buchen würde. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein oder bereit, immer das Auto in die Stadt zu nehmen. Alles in allem haben wir uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Lage und das Haus waren toll. Vor allem der Garten mit dem Pool war wirklich super. Pool wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinigt und wir konnten jederzeit per WhatsApp Fragen stellen. Störend war nur, dass wir eigentlich nur eine Wohnung hatten, über uns wohnten welche, die sehr laut waren, meist Bis in die Nacht…… und die Schlafzimmer hatten leider keine Fenster. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön leider kann man auf dem Strand im Dorf keinen Hund mitnehmen. Die Wohnung war sauber und wunderbar bis auf die engen Duschen. Die Wohnung ist auch ziemlich hellhörig da oberhalb noch 2 oder 3 Mietwohnungen sind. Vor dem Hoftor sind Mülltonnen und Glascontainer aufgestellt wo alle gefühlt 1-2 Stunden wer seinen Abfall entsorgt das stört die Ruhe am Pool ein wenig. Würde aber jederzeit wieder dort meinen Urlaub verbringen die Leute und der Hausmeister, Poolservice sind super freundlich.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit nettem Pool, sehr sauber und durchaus empfehlenswert. Der Weg ins Dörfchen dauert ca. 10-15 Minuten, der Rückweg war aufgrund der Steigung etwas beschwerlicher. Alles in allem aber eine tolle Location.

Leuk vakantuehuis: Propere keuken waar alles aanwezig is. Wifi aanwezig Propere badkamers. Wat verouderde kasten, bedden. Soms wat luide buren in de nacht. geweldig zwembad Fijne ligstoelen Leuk terras Moneglia is een super stadje met niet te veel toeristen, alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Relax

Una casa accogliente servita di tutto il necessario, unica pecca la mancanza di finestre, ma si può ovviare il problema. La casa nonostante il caldo rimane sempre fresca, raramente abbiamo acceso l’aria condizionata. La piscina è molto carina, della giusta misura affiancata da un gazebo dove si può mangiare all’aperto godendosi la vista del mare. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e il mare in pochi minuti. Moneglia ha due spiagge la prima chiusa dagli scogli dove l’acqua rimane bassa, a fianco un altra a mare aperto. Gentilissimi Flavia e Andrea sempre disponibili. Bellissimo soggiorno! Grazie

Séjour en famille pour l’ascension. Maison propre et toute équipée. Andrea est très gentil et conseillé sans problème. Maison sur les hauteurs donc prévoir de marcher un peu si on ne veut pas utiliser la voiture mais faisable sans souci. Très bon séjour

Annonce mensongère

Le titre de l'annonce est : "maison de vacances avec piscine privée". En réalité, nous avons été logés dans un appartement situé dans le sous sol de la maison. Il n'y a aucune fenêtre qui donne sur l'extérieur dans les chambres. Ce n'est pas possible car dans cet appartement on est sous le niveau du sol. On est sous le niveau du sol, c'est à dire sous le niveau de la route qui passe juste à côté. C'est donc très sombre. Les seules fenêtres sont celles de l'entrée (une allée descend du portail de l'entrée sous le niveau du sol). Depuis l'intérieur de cet appartement il n'y a aucune vue sur la mer. Dans la recherche nous avions sélectionné "maison" comme critère de recherche. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un appartement en sous sol d'une maison. L'annonce parle de deux cuisines mais il y en a une seule.

Sehr sympathisch

Die ganze Familie fühlte sich sehr wohl. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und kümmerte sich um alles sehr schnell. Der Spaziergang ans Meer dauerte bloss 15 Minuten und der "Haus-Strand" war sehr gemütlich. Auch Moneglia eine richtig herzige italienische Stadt. Mir gefielen die Bettdecken nicht so. Im Sommer genügen bestimmt die dünnen Decken aber im Oktober mussten wir die Wolldecken brauchen und die sind nicht so mein Ding. Ansonsten total zum weiterempfehlen!

Very, very nice place. My daughters and I will always remember our VRBO in Moneglia! If we return to this part of Italy again we will definitely stay at this very spot. We all loved it!
