Podere I Pereti was entirely build by the host’s grandfather Remo in the 1970's.
There he spent with his family most of their summers on the porch with his grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia.
Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November tanks were filled with green gold olive oil.
The house is in walking distance to the town center of San Quirico d'Orcia only 2000 ft away
Alessandro, the father, began in 2014 a restoration project that lasted three years. Thanks to his passion for architecture, nature and his good taste in interior design, the house has finishes of the highest quality: travertine floors, upstairs parquet, floor heating and cooling system. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Three balconies overlook the Orcia valley giving it's residents a stunning view of the Tuscan sunrise.
