Beautiful La Roche aux Bois

La Roche aux Bois is a beautiful house with much thought given to details such as the decoration and renovation of this charming stone house and garden . Our family of 12 enjoyed the peace and quietness of the house set in a lovely garden surrounded by palm trees and oleander. The house needed more equipment in the kitchen such as cups , sharp knives, potato peeler etc and it missed a guest book with important details of where things are such as bottle bank, banks, pharmacy, places of interest etc . Unfortunately the BBQ was dirty so we didn’t use it. Nevertheless this is a house we would return to and loved the closeness to the fantastic sandy beach. The positive house vibes and the incredible location and settings paved the way for a fabulous family holiday .

Beau produit dimensionné pour notre grand famille déco de bon goût à qqs pas de la plage et au calme chacun a pu maintenir son intimité tout en jouissant de moments de convivialité en famille Nous avons cependant découvert des imperfections avec un frigo en mauvais état, les eaux de l’évier qui se déversent dans le jardin.. et une vaisselle pas bien propre à notre arrivée

Excellent séjour dans un environnement calme et très près de la mer.maison spacieuse et bien équipée... Seul petit bémol sur le frigo de la cuisine, insuffisant et trop petit pour le nombre de personnes.

WE en mai entre amis à Royan à la Roche aux Bois

Maison bien située avec beaucoup de charme à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Ambiance de maison de famille chaleureuse. Conçue pour accueillir du monde mais avec des espaces permettant de garder une certaine intimité. WE très agréable et détendu.

Séjour très bien à Royan

Très bon séjour en famille (13 seniors) dans cette belle villa agréable à vivre et très bien située (600 m de la plage et proche du centre-ville). Nous avons apprécié la qualité des 7 chambres (literie au top) et le confort des espaces de vie commune.

Ein Sympatischer Ort

Das ganze Haus, der Garten, die Einrichtung, die Lage, alles zusammen ergab eine großartige Mischung, in der unsere Familie mit drei Generationen sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Man wünscht sich, dass alle es gut behandeln, weil die Schönheiten auch im Detail liegen. Danke an Tony, der uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen hat. Der Platz reicht, um sich auch mit 15 Personen während des typischen Frühlingswetters in Royan, innen aufzuhalten. Gemeinsammes Essen im Garten ist besonders empfehlenswert, wenn das Wetter es zhulässt. Ganz toll, wir kommen gerne wieder.

une très belle maison typique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, selon nous, bien sûr. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. deux remarques: - l'annonce devrait préciser qu'il faut être en mesure d'affronter pas mal d'escalier - vu la capacité d'accueil de la maison, le frigo est un sous dimensionné

Très belle propriété idéalement située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et proche de la plage. Séjour en famille avec enfants et petits enfants. Maison bien restaurée et décorée avec goût. Quelques plantations d'arbustes auraient été les bienvenues le long de la terrasse extérieure afin de préserver l'intimité.

Week-end de la Toussaint en famille

Jolie maison spacieuse pour une famille de 16 personnes, dans un quartier très calme, à proximité de la plage, du centre et des commerces. Nous avons peu utilisé les voitures. Week-end apprécié des petits et des grands, possibilité de grande promenade, joli paysage. Nous reviendrons sans doute dans ce secteur géographique. Très bon accueil de Valérie

Déceptions

Belle maison très bien située mais la réalité n'est pas à la hauteur des descriptifs et du prix de location. Jardin sans ombre, salle à manger extérieure donnant directement vers la rue sans haie ni masquage, cuisine insuffisante pour quinze personnes, réfrigérateur ridicule, aucun local de rangement pour affaires de plage, vélos etc, aucun ''parking privatif''. La chambre du jardin ne possède pas une ''salle de bains indépendante'' mais une douche et un wc dans la chambre, seulement isolés par un simple rideau. A l'extérieur de cette chambre, et même à l'intérieur, le composteur diffuse généreusement l'odeur des melons des précédents occupants... Enfin, malgré une disponibilité tardive de la maison, le ménage était très mal fait et nous avons du nous mêmes passer l'aspirateur sous les meubles, remplacer un joint de siphon de lavabo, revisser un pêne de fenêtre,

Magnifique séjour dans une maison parfaitement située et adaptée pour 8 adultes et 4 enfants

Maison située à moins de 5 min de la plage à pied, dans un très joli quartier résidentiel calme de Royan. Marché proche ainsi que boulangerie et autres commerces de proximité. Maison décorée avec goût, avec ses 3 étages bien séparés et tout le matériel pour recevoir toute ma famille (grands parents, 3 enfants et conjoints et 4 petits enfants) Nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour très agréable !

Belle villa avec jardin, idéale pour retrouvailles familiales avec enfants de tous âges. L'accueil est parfait, le lieu très agréable avec la toute proximité de la plage. Une suggestion pour parfaire cette belle location : une cuisine mieux adaptée à la capacité d'accueil, le réfrigérateur n'a pas suffit. Peut-être pour notre prochaine réservation....

Anniversaire 70 ans

Un week-end inoubliable pour mes 70 ans dans une magnifique villa meublée avec goût et très fonctionnelle. Nous étions 12 (+ 2 pour les repas) et nous avions toute la place nécessaire, la villa pouvant accueillir 17 personnes. Le soleil était au rendez-vous, la plage toute proche, nous avons pu déjeuner dehors et profiter du jardin (Une plancha pour le samedi midi). Accueillis par "Valérie" charmante, chaleureuse et très disponible. Nous sommes allés à pied au marché de Royan (env. 2 Kms) mais un petit marché couvert est aussi plus proche (500 mètres). Le dimanche midi nous avons déjeuné au restaurant "Le cardinal des mers" très apprécié par tous.
