About this property

Apartment in the historic center of Grottole, just 20 minutes from Matera.

Hi there!!!
We’re Eufemia and Benedetto, both from Grottole!
We love our little town and want to share it with as many people as possible!!!
Grottole is strategically located for visiting the beautiful places in our region: Matera, Metaponto, Pietrapertosa....
Our love for our town led us to buy and renovate this house—the same love we’d like to share with our guests!
In renovating it, we sought to preserve all of its originality without obscuring its past, while striving to create a bridge between the old and the new... enhancing all the historic features it already possessed.
What struck us about this home was the fact that, first and foremost, it’s located in the historic centre of Grottole, where peace and tranquility reign, but above all, you can enjoy the beautiful panorama that characterises our town.
Our guests will be warmly welcomed to our town and our home!!!
