Spectacular flat in Cádiz from where you can enjoy the infinite views of the sea that bathes our beautiful city making it, practically, an island.



The flat is located on the very first line of the beach, right on the Paseo Marítimo of Cádiz, an area surrounded by good restaurants, bars, beach bars open all year round, supermarkets,...



The 250m2 property has 3 bedrooms and capacity for up to 7 people. Moreover, thanks to its three bathrooms you won't have to depend on each other when it comes to taking a relaxing shower. It is a cosy place despite its size thanks to its exquisite decoration and equipment. It is located on the 12th floor of an elegant building with lifts. It is a very bright flat thanks to its large windows and its huge 120m2 terrace with sea views. The terrace is equipped with barbecue, shower and garden furniture where you can sunbathe and refresh yourself. It also has a free parking space in the same building (maximum height 1.80m).



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Fabulous sea view apartment

Lovely holiday in a good location, wonderful sea views, close to restaurants and bars. Selection of well stocked supermarkets close by. Nice stroll to the old town of Cádiz. Apartment well stocked on the whole. Could do with hanging space in 2 of the bedrooms.

It is just like the photographs. We especially love the outdoor space. Its the perfect location to walk to everything. The electronic lock worked great. The view of the sunsets is amazing!

Awesome apartment, large, bright and clean. Would definitely stay again. Checking -In and finding the parking garage was awful. Host finally sent a picture of the metal door next to the Heineken sign- this was helpful. However, we were missing the gray key fab that actually opened the garage, so the neighbors had to let us in.

Genial en todos los aspectos

El apartamento es amplio, muy luminoso, bien decorado, ubicación inmejorable, silencioso por la noche a pesar de tener muy cerca muchos locales de restauración, cerca de parada de bus para ir al centro, cerca de supermercado y la playa a un minuto, solo con cruzar el paseo marítimo. Todo esto hace la estancia en Cádiz mucho más agradable y repetiremos sin duda. Alguna oferta para los que repetimos, aunque entendemos que el precio tiene que ser ese, por todo lo que tiene.

La ubicación y el confort La limpieza sin ser deficiente debería ser más profunda, tanto en interior como exterior (tuvimos que limpiar con estropajos de acero las rejillas de la barbacoa) y los cojines de la terraza no estaban a la altura del conjunto.

La amplitud del ático y las vistas. Las puestas de sol son espectaculares. Sales y estás en la playa. Hay muchos restaurantes en el paseo marítimo. La atención de Cadiz4Rental ha sido muy buena y han resuelto nuestras dudas rápidamente. Poner una mampara o cortina en uno de los baños. Se hace complicado ducharse sin mojarlo todo.
