Le petit coin - Sant'Orso fair

The recently renovated studio has a well-equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer, induction hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle), living area with TV and sofa bed. Along the corridor is the large bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and the walk-in wardrobe. The accommodation has a shady balcony furnished with table and chairs.

The accommodation is situated in a street with little traffic and is located on the first floor of a recently renovated private house with a few flats, including the home of the owners, who are present and available for every need.

The house has a private garden available on request for a quiet evening tea.

A stone's throw from the shuttle bus stop for the centre, for the SANT'ORSO FAIR, for the PILA ski lifts and for the bus to the upper valley (Courmayeur, Pré Saint Didier thermal baths)

Reserved parking space and possibility to shelter sports equipment and bicycles in a safe place.

For the respect of the environment, the house has zero emissions.

As of May 1, 2024, municipal tourist tax to be paid locally is required (L.R. 10/2023 e DGR 1146/2023).
