Villa Royal is a luxurious 5-bedroom villa located in the south of the Island in the area of Ornos.
The distance from the town center and the airport is between 3 and 4 kilometers, while Ornos is only a couple of minutes away.

The villa is brand new, it features modern furniture and boasts a large swimming pool with stunning sea view. It is characterized by the typical Cycladic architecture with a predominance of white color and offers all kind of mod cons.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.

Outside, Villa Royal offers several open spaces and verandas with pergolas and the pool side is equipped with deckchairs.

Finally, the villa offers 3 parking spaces as well.

Rental rules:
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
Minimum Stay: 4 nights: 5 nights in high season (1 July - 21 August).
Security deposit: 500,00 € to be paid on arrival, it will be returned before departure less any charge in case of damage.
