Summer idyll with 6 beds and with fantastic sea views

Sea as neighbour great opportunity to spend the holidays in a cozy renovated cottage on the beautiful beachfront in Norje (Sölvesborg). Wake up to sunrise at the sea and enjoy breakfast on the waterfront. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing and fishing or perhaps a trip
on the boat. Well equipped cottage with toilet, shower, washer, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen appliances, television and anything else you might need to have a wonderful holiday.

Very good sea trout and pike fishing from land and in the surrounding area.

It is possible to rent a motor boat for 2300 SEK/week or rowing boat 800 SEK/week

Reservation in case of high electricity prices: In case of high electricity prices, costs for consumed electricity are added at cost price. (normal consumption 10-50 kWh/day)

Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant. If you wish, it is possible to order final cleaning at a price of 900 SEK.

Herrliche Aussicht

Uns beiden hat es sehr gut gefallen im kleinen Sommerhaus am Meer, wir wären gerne einfach da geblieben:) Das Ferienhaus hat eine wundervolle Lage in einer Bucht mit herrlichem Ausblick aus Küche, Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer. Wir waren im Oktober da, es war schön warm im Haus. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Vermieter war um uns bemüht. Die Saison war zwar vorbei, aber wir konnten trotzdem noch viel unternehmen.

Sehr schön und super geeignet, um zu entspannen

Sehr nett eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Blick über das Wasser. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
