Casa Hayati is a beautiful house with shared pool located on a hill a few hundred meters from the beautiful sea of the coast of Tertenia with a breathtaking view of its crystal clear waters.

The house consists of two floors. At the ground floor we find a bedroom with private balcony and sea view, kitchen equipped with dishwasher and dining room with sofa and TV, bathroom with shower stall and washing machine, a room in the basement with single or double sofa bed with an additional bathroom. At the side of the room in the lower floor there is a dividing door that gives access to the studio apartment composed of a complete kitchen with dishwasher, living room with double sofa bed, two additional armchairs, bathroom with washing machine and outdoor space.

Outside there are two private parking spaces, outdoor shower and sink, a veranda overlooking the sea with dining table and deck chairs and a gas barbecue at your disposal. A few steps away, the beautiful condominium pool open from May 15 to September 30, from which you can enjoy the view of the coast and the mountains surrounding the Marina di Tertenia.
