The Villino “Domu Lugori de Mari“ is a house with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, a bathroom, a large external porch and an annex with barbecue, cooking area and bathroom, private garden and parking space with independent entrance. Inserted in a group of two residential units, it shares a large garden space and the swimming pool in exclusive use with the second unit.
Equipped with all comforts, such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, iron, hairdryer, electric oven, microwave, freezer, radio, kitchen and barbecue equipment. Upon request, the internet connection service via wifi is also available.
The final price includes bed linen and a kit of bath towels. Cleaning costs are included in the total price.
If requested, it is possible to benefit from the house cleaning service and the change of sheets, which will be carried out by a specially appointed trusted person. The cost of this service, not included in the price, must be paid directly to the person in charge.
