Genuine Surf House in Seignosse Bourg

The property is owned by former professional surfer Carwyn Williams and is a truly unique experience. This is a real surf house full of surfing memorabilia much of which relates to Carwyn's time as a a professional surfer in the late 1980's and early 1990's. The house is about 7 km away from the beaches of Seignosse and Hossegor and is situated in a quiet residential area in Seignosse Bourg close to the forest and away from the hustle and bustle of the bars and restaurants. With it's 3 double bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms the house is ideal for several families wanting to holiday together. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers, a large lounge, a well equipped kitchen and a downstairs room with a pool table. Outside is a swimming pool, bar and outside cooking area with a BBQ and plancha and plenty of seating. There is a separate garden area and some additional seating away from the pool.
