This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex home, located in the ever popular Key Colony Beach, has incredible water views, and is located on a quiet dead end street. This property has a 30' concrete dock for your boat. We have Two kayaks for you to discover this gorgeous Island! We are members of the Key Colony Beach Cabana Club for you to enjoy the lovely pool, Jacuzzi and a private Beach. We supply all that is needed for a comfortable stay, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable furniture in the living room and bedrooms. We have plenty of bath towels and beach towels for you as well as all bed linens needed. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Shelter Bay while sipping your favorite tropical drink will leave little doubt that you have found paradise.

Great Vacation Rental!

Our family of 4 stayed here for our spring break and the location and home was a perfect fit! Clean, well maintained home. The canal off the back porch was a perfect place to sit at night and relax on the water, manatees visited frequently. The pool is a quick drive down the road and has a beautiful beach as well. We loved everything about this rental!

This was our first long term rental and first through Vrbo so we had obvious concerns, However on arrival we were pleasantly surprised to our winter rental and it could not have been a better location or accommodations.

Spring Break 2025

This location was perfect for enjoying the Keys north and south. Key Colony Beach is a quiet and cute area with Marathon right down the road for everything you need. The Cabana Club was wonderful with all the amenities for enjoying your beach day with the kids. This house was also filled with all the amenities! Location was gorgeous and the canal offered some wildlife experiences. The house is clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend

The house was as pictured, neat and clean and nicely decorated. Our stay was very comfortable, we enjoyed the Cabana Club and watched the manatees in the canal almost daily. The sunset view from the deck was awesome. Our host was available if we needed any assistance. Overall a very pleasant and uneventful experience.

Awesome vacation!

Beautiful home, updated fantastically! Took my 11 year old grandson. We had the best time! Being able to go just over the causeway to the Cabana Club was fantastic!! We both loved it. Centrally located - he loved the Ultimate Trainer for the Day at the Dolphin Research Center. We both dove at the Aquarium Encounters. Neighbors were SO nice!! Quiet neighborhood. Extremely safe! Hope to go back! Oh - communication could not have been better. Thanks Sherry!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very updated, very clean and perfect for what we needed. We had cold weather, but the owner/hostess was very responsive to our needs. She brought us electric heaters that we did use for several days. She was readily available by text or phone and super responsive. The location was great and access to the pool, hot tub and beach were wonderful. Despite the cool weather, we used them several days and it was a nice treat. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

We spent our Winter enjoying this comfortable, gorgeous home. We had the best customer service from Sherry who made sure our stay was perfect. The deck is wonderful with the ceiling fan and has a gorgeous view. We could not have been happier.

Newly remodeled, quiet & extremely comfortable!

Sherry is the agent who manages the home rental. Her services and communication before, during and after our stay, have been excellent. The home has been newly remodeled and I have to say they nailed it! The furnishings, paint color and vibe is uplifting. It was the perfect space for our family of four. My two young kids shared one bedroom and my husband and I were in the master bedroom. Very comfy for the four of us. This home boasts an open living room and kitchen, with views of the canal from inside. It's a perk having access to the Cabana Club. What else can I say? It was a great experience. I highly recommend this place.
