3 night booking. No host contact on day of 1st night. Tried to call and message through the app. Absolutely zero contact. Had to book another room at a hotel. Day 2 got contact, advised that room not available until 15:30. Then when arrived I was taken to a room in the building and told to wait whilst a repair completed on a boiler. Clearly room was over booked. Also told to not speak to anyone in building, not to speak to concierge, etc… I will not be booking with Gunwharf apartments again.
