The villa consists of 3 levels, 238 sq.m. total and is located on a plot of 2054 sq.m. containing a barbecue area, a traditional oven in the garden, 150 vienyards, 14 fruit trees and 50 olive trees. It combines Oriental architecture with London elegance.
The magnificent tile and exterior marble paneling offers a special noble character to the whole property. The villa is only 800 meters by the sea.The whole villa is surrounded by an unforgettable view to the sea.
