About this property

A Spacious, beautiful villa, with a well maintained Private Pool

On the governments list of certified accommodations, we are listed as; Exceptional Grand Villa - Paradise View.

This is a large property for 8 persons, located close to to a few beaches. It is easy to access and close to all amenities. We are situated in the best part of the island just a about 10 -15 minutes from town. Our beautiful property offers great solitude and privacy protected by the best security system available. It has a garden and the private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious deck, leading to a gazebo, which offers great views of the harbor and the ocean. Wifi is accessible all around the property and you can relax and unwind in the beautiful Landscaped garden.

We can arrange a taxi or rent a car for you at a cost to you. If you are interested, just ask me to assist you with this. It will be my pleasure.

A damage deposit of USD$300 will be required when you check into the villa, if it is not already collected by the booking agency. This will be fully refunded before departure in the absence of any damage.

Lovely spacious property, badly maintained.

From booking we had very good communication with the property manager. As we arrived on Christmas night my son, who was already on the island, was allowed to leave our provisions at the property on Christmas eve which was so helpful. The property is spacious and airy with a fabulous view over the west coast from the gazebo and inland from the verandah. The house sleeps 8 so we were very disappointed on arrival that the house was not furnished as advertised. There were no sun loungers by the pool No outdoor furniture on the verandah The outside dining furniture only accommodated 6 Neither of the 2 basins in the master bedroom had plugs that worked Neither of the 2 safes in the master bedroom worked. Only 2 very small wine glasses. No plastic glasses for poolside No water jug No ice bucket No wine cooler No potato peeler. No ice trays Not enough cutlery for 8. The drain from the poolside shower was blocked which made the tiles extremely slippery and dangerous. The light at the gazebo didn't work. A key ring of keys and loose keys meant we had to decipher which key fitted where. 2 very worn and dirty washing up scourer/sponges and 1 tatty washing up cloth. All should have been thrown away. There were not enough pillows for 8 people. Some were very stained some were like blocks of concrete. The manager tried to rectify some of these issues but I was disappointed to be told that we had greater needs than others. Grand Villa was a lovely house to rent but expensive. I recommend it is kitted out for 8 people and maintained to a higher standard.

Great family vacation

The home is nice and big with lots of space for everyone. The cleaning could have been better particularly in the kitchen. We also found the patio doors in the master bedroom whistled in the wind so much that we couldn’t sleep in that room. Otherwise it was a great location near many good restaurants and some absolutely stunning beaches! Thank you!

Stayed at Bellevue 1 - View was breathtaking

I am a bit late for my review but they say better late than never. Where do I start. The moment we stepped in all worries went away. The breeze was amazing. The view from the pool was amazing especially at nights. Ken's property manager Gail was so sweet and helpful. The check-in process was a breeze (pun intended). The house was very clean and spacious. We brought a laptop to watch movies and stream Netflix (Wi-fi was included btw). But between the relaxation and enjoying the views and pool we really never got the chance to watch anything. My family enjoyed the grill and a ton of cooking. The supermarket was literally a few min drive away. This location was also great for running or walking if you want to challenge yourself to the hills. Overall Ken your property was amazing and I can't wait to return with my family and friends to try your other properties.

It was amazing!

It was amazing, the view and the pool were incredible! My whole family was there for my wedding and they had an amazing time. Would highly recommend the grand villa to anybody staying in Antigua.

Located in a beautiful, quiet residential area, just a few minutes away from three of the most major supermarkets, a top of the line beauty salon, a massage parlor, the famous Cedar Valley Golf Course, The amazing Bay House Restaurant, Simply Coffee Café, the Extreme gym, a few beautiful beaches and our only cinema on the island, The Caribbean Cinemas.

There are several open spaces, and many places to dine or simply relax outside. There is easy access to shops, and yet the privacy is amazing.
