A three bedroom former quarry cottage at the edge of Penrhyn Bay Beach, full of character and charm, complete with cosy coal effect gas burning fire for a relaxing break, outdoor adventure for up to 5 guests. Perfect for a family getaway or an adventure trip for friends. The holiday cottage has been furnished to a good standard and offers a relaxing and cosy atmosphere in which to recover from the excitement of the days activities or unwind.
Llandudno is a coastal town in North Wales with lots of hiking options nearby and is a great base location to explore all that the fantastic Snowdonia has to offer. The view from the front of property is incredible, looking over Penrhyn Beach & Little Orme with walking paths, a seabird sanctuary, seal watching & cliffs popular with rock climbers.
The Space:
Living Room - Luxurious cosy living space with plenty of seating for up to 5 guests, with a log effect gas fire.
Kitchen - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine and dining table.
Laundry - Washing Machine
Bathroom - A bathroom with a bath, separate shower, sink and toilet. Including quality towels provided.
Downstairs Bathroom - Toilet & Sink
Bedrooms - 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room and 1 small single room all with quality linen. Hairdryer provided.
Internet - Wifi available
Entertainment - Large Smart TV with Freeview Channels, you can connect to such apps such as Netflix, Disney + & Amazon Prime.
There is use of an outdoor seating area out the back with garden patio furniture, it's private walled lawn garden and BBQ area.
There is also Willow Cottage next door with the same layout, which you could rent from us should you want to come with a larger group.

This lovely location offers so much for every visitor from the coastline to countryside and mountains - whether you are interested in photography, mountain biking, fishing, walking, horse riding or simply want to relax amongst beautiful countryside, North Wales has something to offer everyone. Just a 5 minute drive away is the coastal resort of Llandudno and 10 minutes drive takes you to the historic medieval town of Conwy with its beautiful castle, town walls, interesting shops and good selection of pubs and restaurants. Conwy Valley and Snowdonia with its beautiful scenery and small pretty villages provides easy access to the peaceful and beautiful Snowdonia National Park with its spectacular scenery and wonderful walking and cycling opportunities.
The holiday cottage is only 5 minutes drive from the A55, making it ideal for long or short distance travellers and for those seeking a short break away or a longer holiday.
Adventure Parc Snowdonia is only a 25min drive from our cottage, which includes adventurous activities such as surfing, climbing, indoor caving, high wires, zip-lines and many many more activities!
