The 230 square metre villa develops over two levels.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a kitchen (with a sofa, dining table and fireplace) and in the sleeping area, one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower and bath).

On the ground floor there is a large living room (with a stone fireplace and dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen (up a few steps from the living room).
