Upon check in the security was very helpful and so very respectful and nice. Had no problem with the room, it was very nice. I have know problem staying here again.

Great place

Checking in was really easy and we liked the place, very accessible to everything. The only challenge we encounter was, there’s not enough space for drop off.

The instructions for check in was sent through email and it provided complete details on check in. FYI this is a condo unit, so you will not have a front desk to help you check in. The lobby felt safe with guards 24/7. Theres a big mall across the street. Easy access for taxis. The unit is very clean and very homey. Highly recommended. Thank you for making our stay great.

We made sure that anyone who stays in our property will feel at home and comfortable. We are pleased to host you in our humble respite in this bustling city in Northern Mindanao. We are putting loads of effort to make sure that you’ll have a lovely and safe stay. The building is guarded with security personnel and CCTV and there is always a receptionist on standby in the area. We are putting a great effort in the cleaning procedure of the unit to make sure that your stay is safe.

What makes this property unique

The property is equipped with basic amenities you would need in a home. It is also secure as there is always a security guard on site. At the moment, there is only a rooftop garden but soon the swimming pool, gym and communal club will be finished.
