The spacious, bright, quiet, fully equipped and recently refurbished apartment with 100 m2 (1100 sqft) is located in the old town of Sitges, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room (with sofa bed), kitchen, balcony and terrace. Perfect for six to eight persons. The beach is within 1 minute walking distance, the train station within 5 minutes. In the heart of the town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

The spacious apartment has a large living room, two bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, terrace and three bedrooms, each of them for two people.

The living room and the two bedrooms are air-conditioned. The entire apartment is equipped with heating. Smart TV in all three bedrooms. The living has a large dining table and two sofas, one of which is a comfortable sofa bed with a mattres inside (140cm x 200cm x 12cm). The three double beds in the bedrooms are of different widths: 180cm, 150cm, and 135cm.

The larger terrace has 10m2 (100 sqft) and a quiet surrounding, ideal for having a meal, for relaxing, or for sunbathing in the morning. From the smaller balcony you can watch the life on the street "Bonaire", sunbath in the afternoon, and also partially see the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother etc. On the terrace, you will find a washing machine.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The entrance area and the corridors ensure privacy in the bedrooms.

The apartment is located right in the popular old town of Sitges and in a pedestrian zone. Numerous shopping and culinary options as well as the beach promenade are in the immediate vicinity.

The building is accessible by car to unload and load your suitcases (no parking). The closest paid covered parking is 5 minutes away on foot. Free on-street parking is less than 10 minutes away.

By train or car you can reach the center of Barcelona in about 40 minutes. Barcelona Airport can be reached in 30-40 minutes by public transport, or about 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator).
