Casa Perseida | Luxurious apartment in front of the beach
Enjoy a luxurious experience in this central accommodation. Spacious newly renovated duplex with the highest quality on the seafront with stunning views, located on the avenue of the beaches of Puerto del Carmen.
Ideal space with direct access to Playa Grande, one of the most famous beaches on the island for its length of golden sand and calm waters, which has a wide variety of activities, restaurants, and shopping areas to enjoy a dream vacation.
In the lower part there are two rooms, each with its own private bathroom. One room with a double bed with a high-end King size mattress and another with two single beds also with high-end mattresses. The two bathrooms with shower equipped with hair dryer and magnifying mirror.
On the upper floor there is the dining room with sea views and a very well equipped kitchen, a toilet, and the living room with Smart TV (Netflix, HBO Apple tv, Prime video) + Satellite (English, German, French, Italian channels) Wi-Fi (fiber optic), air conditioning, and with access to a terrace with magnificent views of the sea.
