Smaller cosy sitting & reading room with selection of books for the quieter moments. It also has some toys, games and a second TV and DVD player. A lovely room to relax and unwind with a glass of wine. Utility room /Boot room with full laundry facilities, separate washer and drier, vacuum cleaner. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including juicer, coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer, 5 hob cooker, double oven and iPod doc. Utility bills are extra (electricity & oil), charged at the current market rate, taken by a meter reading at both the start and end of your stay. The keyholder/housekeeper will read it with you.
A security deposit of €100 in cash must be given to the keyholder/housekeeper on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the keyholder/housekeeper is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Any breakages or damages will be deducted from your deposit.
