Note: The balcony is accessed via steps and a small gate and although there are railings, supervision of children will be needed on the balcony as it is raised by approximately 8 feet from the beach. Note: The property is very close to the Cobb area so there may be occasional late night events. Note: Allocated private parking is a short walk from the property

Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
